"Absolutely ridiculous. Denied me auto insurance with no explanation. Didn’t tell me they were going to pull my credit. I’ve been the policy holder on my current auto insurance for years and have gotten multiple quotes from other insurance agents but never once have been denied. I mean come on I sell cars for a living. Like what?!? Highly disappointed in the service here. Samantha on the phone also would interrupt me every time I’d try to talk. Other than that she was okay. I had someone get a quote from them who has a lengthy bad driving record and they get approved? Make it make sense. Get your ish together State Farm. I will not be recommending anyone your way!"
